Kevin Duffy has over 25 years of experience in the design, development and sale of high-end information management and publishing solutions. Having joined XyEnterprise’s predecessor company in 1983, he held key technical, marketing and sales positions, before being named President and CEO in 1998. During his tenure at XyEnterprise, Mr. Duffy has led the company to consistent profitability, year-over-year growth and technological innovation. As he sets strategic direction, drives product innovation and develops strategic partnerships to support emerging markets, he has transformed the company into a leader in single-source, multi-channel XML content management and publishing. Prior to joining XyEnterprise, Mr. Duffy held a number of key positions in international sales, marketing and technical support for Raytheon Graphic Systems (RGS), pioneers in electronic content creation, management and publishing for large newspapers.
Mark Baltier is responsible for all financial, legal and information technology matters at XyEnterprise. His impressive background includes over 25 years of financial management experience in high tech. Prior to joining XyEnterprise, Mr. Baltier held the position of CFO at Reef Point Systems, the leader in providing secured access infrastructure to converged telecommunications networks, where he was responsible for the financial leadership and management of the company. During his tenure, Reef Point raised over $50M in venture capital funding, and successfully merged with Nextone Communications creating NextPoint Networks. Prior to Reef Point, Mr. Baltier held the position of CFO at Phonetic Systems, a leader in speech automated solutions. During his tenure, Phonetic Systems raised over $38M in venture capital funding and was acquired by Nuance. Prior to Phonetic Systems, Mr Baltier held various financial management positions with Aspect Communications, Voicetek Corporation, Advanced Video Products and Concord Data Systems.
Camille Roy brings to XyEnterprise over 25 years of sales experience in the software industry. Her extensive knowledge of enterprise content management, along with her outstanding track record, has helped position the company as a strong competitor in markets around the world. In addition to setting the strategic direction for a team of distributed sales executives and a global partner network, Ms. Roy also provides critical sales and marketing input to ensure that XyEnterprise products and pricing models meet market needs. Prior to joining XyEnterprise, she held a variety of sales and sales management roles at Fat Wire Software, Stellent, Interleaf and Xerox, where she consistently achieved year-over-year sales growth as both an individual contributor and team leader.
Mark LeBlanc has been guiding the design and development of leading edge technology for mission-critical applications since 1998. He has driven the evolution of the company’s core products, including the industry’s first Web-services-enabled publishing platform, migration to an open architecture and XML-based content management technology. Experienced in engineering process modernization, he has established a world-class engineering team, consistent business processes and customer-driven R&D. Mr. LeBlanc’s responsibilities include overall product strategy, quality assurance testing, research and development, and engineering support. He has extensive experience in data warehousing, information delivery and open systems, having designed and developed COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disc) systems for Filemark and Data General, prior to joining XyEnterprise.
Carol Bumbaca has been a customer advocate since 1984, having held a variety of customer-centric roles within XyEnterprise and its predecessor companies. She led the development of our well-respected project management practice and created our profitable ProServ professional services business. In addition to managing maintenance, training, application development and consulting services practices, she is also the liaison to XyEnterprise’s independent user group. Prior to joining us, Ms. Bumbaca worked for Massachusetts General Hospital and the University of Massachusetts, where she helped to drive automation through computerized record keeping.
